User accounts

Account Creation: To access the full range of Gifted services, users can create accounts using their email address, phone number, or by logging in with a Google account.

Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Gifted. Our services are open to users residing in the United Kingdom, and there are no geographical restrictions on account creation.

Privacy and Data Handling

Data Privacy: Gifted respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. We collect and process personal data in accordance with the provisions outlined in our Privacy and Cookies Policy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you interact with our Website.

Payments and billing

Payment Processing: Gifted processes user payments securely through Stripe, a trusted and reliable payment gateway.

Pricing Details: All prices displayed on the Gifted platform include applicable taxes and delivery fees. The standard charge for each bouquet delivery is £49.99.

Delivery and returns

Delivery Process: Gifted collaborates with local florists to ensure the timely and beautiful delivery of your selected flower bouquets. We take pride in supporting local businesses within your chosen delivery area.

Cancellation and Refunds: Users can cancel their accounts or upcoming orders up to 7 days before the scheduled delivery date. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact info@gifted.company to request a refund.

Editing Addresses and Delivery Notes: To maintain the quality of our service, please note that addresses and delivery notes can be updated or changed up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time, which is 10:00 AM on the scheduled delivery day. After this time, changes to addresses and delivery notes cannot be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to deliver the best experience to both senders and recipients.

User responsibilities

Responsible Use: While it's mentioned that users have no specific responsibilities, it's important for users to utilize the platform responsibly, adhering to community guidelines and treating other members of the Gifted community with respect and kindness.

Intellectual property

Ownership: All intellectual property associated with Gifted, including logos, branding, and proprietary content, is owned by Great Success Limited, a company registered in the UK. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Data Security: Gifted is dedicated to the security of your data and transactions. We employ industry-standard security measures, including encryption protocols and secure servers, to protect your personal data.

However, it's essential to acknowledge that while we take rigorous security measures, no method of data transmission or storage can be entirely infallible. Therefore, users must also take precautions to safeguard their account credentials and personal information.

Termination and account closure

Account Termination: Gifted reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts in cases involving fraudulent payments or repeated chargebacks.

Legal disputes and resolution
